Terms of Service
By booking any service with Bigg Vee Transportation Services (“Bigg Vee”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you (“guest”, “client”, “you”) agree to the policies and terms outlined below. These policies are designed to safeguard both our guests and our team and to ensure a safe, professional and enjoyable experience.

These terms apply to all services, with additional service-specific policies noted where relevant.

Booking & Payment

Booking Information
-
All bookings must be made using accurate, complete information (full name, flight details, arrival date and time, accommodation address, number of passengers, luggage details, etc.).

Any changes to your booking (flight changes, accommodation changes, time changes, etc.) must be communicated to us as soon as possible.

Confirmation
-
Your booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message from Bigg Vee.

Pricing & Currency
-
Prices are quoted in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD) and/or United States Dollars (USD), as indicated at the time of booking.

Any additional services requested on the day (extra stops, waiting time beyond what is included, route changes, etc.) may incur additional charges.

Payment
-
Payment methods will be indicated during the booking process (e.g., cash, card, online payment).

In some cases, a deposit or full prepayment may be required to confirm the booking. This will be clearly communicated to you.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Standard Cancellation Policy
-
Free Cancellation: You may cancel your service up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date/time at no charge.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date/time, 30% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

No-Show: If you fail to show up for your booking without prior notice, Bigg Vee reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the total booking cost.

Acts of God / Force Majeure

If your cancellation is due to an “Act of God” or circumstances beyond your control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, major flight disruptions, government restrictions), the 30% late cancellation fee may be waived at Bigg Vee’s discretion, once proof is provided (e.g., airline notification).

Changes to Bookings

We will do our best to accommodate changes (time, date, number of passengers, etc.), but all changes are subject to availability.

Significant last-minute changes may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, depending on circumstances.

Service-Specific Policies

Airport Transfers
​

Flight Monitoring: Where possible, our team monitors your flight to adjust for reasonable delays.

Waiting Time: A reasonable waiting time is permitted to allow for immigration and baggage collection. If extraordinary delays occur and we cannot wait, we will work with you to reschedule where possible.

Luggage: Please provide an accurate estimate of your luggage at the time of booking. Excess luggage or oversized items may require a different vehicle and may incur additional fees.
Private Transportation / Charters

Route & Stops: The service is based on the route, stops and duration agreed upon at the time of booking.

Additional Stops: Any unplanned additional stops requested on the day may incur extra charges and depend on the driver’s schedule.

Time Extensions: Time extensions are subject to vehicle and driver availability and may be billed at an hourly rate.
Selfie & Scenic Tours

Tour Duration & Itinerary: Each tour has an approximate duration and basic itinerary. Traffic, weather and other factors may cause slight adjustments.

Safety at Locations: Guests must follow all safety instructions when exiting the vehicle, walking near roads, beaches, viewpoints, or other public areas.

Equipment: Some tours may include the use of tripods, lights or other equipment. Guests must not handle equipment without permission and must follow instructions to avoid damage or injury.
Guest Responsibilities & Conduct

Seatbelts & Safety

All guests must wear seatbelts where provided and follow the driver’s safety instructions at all times.

Behaviour
-
Guests must behave respectfully towards the driver, staff and fellow passengers.
-
Abusive, threatening, or disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated. Bigg Vee reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the trip if conduct is unsafe or disrespectful. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Alcohol & Substances

No illegal drugs or substances are permitted in the vehicle at any time.

Reasonable alcohol consumption by adult guests is permitted at the driver’s discretion, provided behaviour remains respectful and safe.

Smoking
-
Smoking and vaping are not allowed in any Bigg Vee vehicle.

Luggage, Personal Property & Valuables

Guests are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings at all times.
-
Bigg Vee is not liable for any loss, damage or theft of personal items or luggage during transportation or at any stop, including at the airport or tour locations.

Please ensure you double-check the vehicle before exiting. If an item is left behind, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in retrieving it, but we cannot guarantee recovery.
Health, Accessibility & Special Requirements

Guests are responsible for informing us of any mobility issues, medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.

While we make every effort to accommodate special requests, some locations or vehicles may have limitations (e.g., uneven terrain, stairs).

Guests are responsible for carrying any required medications and for their own health needs while using our services.
Children, Infants & Car Seats

For safety reasons, children must be seated and supervised at all times.

If a child or infant requires a car seat, please inform us at the time of booking so we can advise on availability or requirements.

Parents/guardians are responsible for correctly securing children and ensuring they follow safety instructions.
Damage, Cleaning Fees & Vehicle Care

Guests are responsible for any intentional or negligent damage caused to the vehicle, equipment or property belonging to Bigg Vee by themselves or members of their party.

Excessive dirt, spills, or bodily fluids that require professional cleaning may incur an additional cleaning fee.
-
Any damage or cleaning charges will be billed to the booking guest and/or the payment method on file.

Media, Photography & Content Usage
​
As part of our brand experience, Bigg Vee may capture photos and videos during airport transfers, tours and other services.

Content Capture

By booking and using our services, you acknowledge that photos, videos and other content may be captured in and around the vehicle and at tour locations.

This content may include images where guests are visible, whether individually or in groups.

Usage of Content

Bigg Vee may use this content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across all of our platforms, including but not limited to:

Social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)

Our website and online galleries
-
Digital and print ads, brochures or presentations

Consent & Release

By participating in our services, you grant Bigg Vee a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit and publish such images and videos where you may appear, without further compensation.

You waive any rights to inspect or approve the final content and any claims related to its use, except where restricted by law.

Opting Out
-
We respect your privacy. If you prefer not to appear in any identifiable photos or videos, please let your driver or guide know at the start of your service, and we will make reasonable efforts to honour your request.

Force Majeure (Acts of God)

Bigg Vee shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any obligation due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, storms)

Fires, explosions, accidents

War, terrorism, civil unrest

Government actions, strikes, or major infrastructure disruptions

Major airline disruptions or airport closures
In such cases, bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled, and the 30% late cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

General Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bigg Vee, its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages;

Loss of enjoyment, time, or opportunity;
-
Events or conditions beyond our reasonable control (traffic, road closures, delays, weather, flight issues, etc.).

Maximum Liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, Bigg Vee’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bigg Vee, its owners, drivers and staff from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your breach of these terms;

Your negligent, reckless, or intentional acts;

Any damage or injury you cause to property, staff or third parties while using our services.

Complaints & Customer Support

If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address the issue.

Complaints should be submitted in writing (email/WhatsApp) within a reasonable time after the service date, including your name, booking details and a description of the issue.

Governing Law
​
These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of Antigua & Barbuda. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antigua & Barbuda.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Bigg Vee Transportation Services, you confirm that:

You are authorized to make the booking on behalf of yourself and any other passengers in your party;
